Everest Base Camp Tour from Lhasa
Day 01: Lhasa Arrival Gonggar Airport (LXA) from Kathmandu/Chengdu/Beijing / Shanghai
Upon arrival in Gonggar Airport, meet to our representative and Transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to the high latitude.
Day 02: Lhasa Sightseeing
Sightseeing tour of Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar
Day 03: Lhasa Sightseeing
After Breakfast Sightseeing tour of Norbulinka Palace and Tibetan Medical Centre, Potala Palace and Drepung Monastery
Day 04: Lhasa (3600) – Gyantse (3900m) – Shigatse (350 km) 7 Hours
After Breakfast Drive to Gyantse in a Rout Visit to Yamdrok Lake, Mt.Nyechen Kangsar glacier, upon arrival in Gyantse, we will visit to Kubum stupa and Pelkhor Choede monastery. This magnificent multi-door structure is the largest stupa in Tibet. After Visit we will drive to Shigatse, which is only 90km. Overnight in Shigatse.
Day 05 : Shigatse (3900m) – Everest Base Camp (5200) 350 Km & 7 Hours
Rongbuk monastery and
Today we will Dive to Mt. Everest base camp. Everest Base Camp located in the Rongbuk valley. Rongbuk is the highest monastery in the world. Afternoon you have optional a do Trek around the Rongbuk Valley. Due to the Poor Facilities we suggest to you bring own sleeping bag for the night . Overnight at local tent / guesthouses except from Nov – Mar where the tent guesthouses close and only Rongbuk monastery guesthouse is available.
Day 06: Rongbuk (5000m) – Shegar – Shigatse (350 km) 7 Hours
Today Morning we will View Rongbuk monastery-world highest monastery, Beautiful Himalayan ranges. And back to Shigatse upon arrival Transfer to Hotel and Rest Overnight in Shigatse
Day 07: Shigatse – Lhasa 280 km 4-5 Hours
Today Morning We will Visit Tashi Lhunpo monastery. Tashi Lhunpo monastery was built by the 1st Dalai Lama-Gedun Drup in 1447. Then Drive to Lhasa en route we will stop at Nyimo local home based incense factory. After Visit Factory continue drive to Lhasa upon arrival Transfer to Hotel Overnight in Lhasa
Day 08: Departure Lhasa to Chengdu/Beijing / Kathmandu / Shanghai
After breakfast transfer to Gongar Airport to connect flight to Kathmandu/Chengdu/Beijing/Shanghai for your Home or Transfer to airport to board return flight to Kathmandu for your Nepal Tour
